Marketing can be quite challenging to describe when asked as it isn't just #advertising or #brand, it is more than 'one thing'. So to be able to do #workbasedlearning in #marketing is hugely advantageous, enabling people of all ages to learn and apply their knowledge and skills in real time - within what is a smorgasbord of roles in this fascinating profession that I feel lucky to work in.
I can remember I fell upon marketing when I started studying my HNC (remember those?😎) #business part time whilst working in my first job. If they had been around then, I think the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing #apprenticeship courses would have been a great option. It is also importantly a more #inclusive opportunity for #employers to attract fantastic #talent like Kaitlin who is featured in the below article = a win win situation! 👏👍
