A proud ‘Northern Lass’ Julie talks about her journey as a child actor in ‘Jossys Giants’ in 1986 to acting for stage and screen to eventually directing several theatre productions and to the red carpet in Hollywood in 2018.
I managed to get her in between delivering masterclasses for the British Film Institute (BFI) and on location of her next project, all whilst trying to stay one step ahead of the regional UK #lockdowns and tier shifts. No mean feat.
